THE COFFEE AND THE HEALTH

      In 1997, the World Foundation for the Research against the Cancer published a complete article of review about the cancer and the diet in the one that was steadying itself that " the majority of the tests suggest that the regular consumption of coffee and / or tea does not have any significant relation with the risk of cancer in any aspect "1.
     The crushing scientific results in this respect demonstrate that the moderate consumption of coffee, about 3 cups a day, is perfectly acceptable for the majority of the healthy population and that it can have even benefits for the health.

THE CAFFEINE

      The caffeine is a substance that provides a series of stimulant effects, which will depend in major or minor measure of the individual characteristics of every person:
• Diminishes the sensation of fatigue and drowsiness.
• Increases the capacity of mental processing.
• Increases the coronary irrigation and exercises an action vasodilator.
• Stimulates the acid secretion of the stomach.
• Has a marked effect diuretic.

      Our organism absorbs the caffeine in the space of 3 hours approximately. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of The United States already classified in 1958 the caffeine as substance generally recognized like sure and in 1987 the FDA reaffirmed its position to the effect that a normal ingestion of caffeine, of the order of 300 mg/day in the healthy adults, does not imply risks for the health.
